I've got lots of things planned for this year. Picked up some brand new KYB AGX's from Brandon Boltz for cheap for Christmas. Once the tax return comes back I'll be ordering the Pro Kit and possibly OEM's adjustable camber front mounts. Not sure if I'm going to use his solid rear mounts or not.

Also picked up an Optima Red Top about a month ago after my battery died

And finally about a week ago I came across a set of W41 cams on ebay, for a price I just couldn't let go by. Package arrived today, I'm pumped Smiley

They could use a polish, but they are in great shape, and I'm ready to get to work. Just need to order a hex insert, and a CPS pad.

Now to find a 2.3 HO valve train...

I'm planning on just building the top end for now. Port and polish with 1mm over sized valves. Once I'm out of school, the bottom end will get some attention.

Yeah I ditched the OEM ignition, hanging the coil packs in between the cam towers was a horrible design. All you have to do it solder up a harness that goes from the GM ICM to the Mitsu coil pack and cut to fit your plug wires.

I wouldn't really say there was an obvious performance gain, but the engine definitely runs smoother with less misfires. Relocating the ICM and bolting a heat sink to it also helped out quite a lot. Those ICM's are notorious for going bad. They bolted a circuit board to the top of a hot engine, and were surprised when the circuit board failed...

I'll eventually be switching to the GM dual coils for another boost in voltage, but I've got more important things to do at the moment.

One step closer to the cams Smiley

Parts FTW Cheesy

Brand new Accel Adjustable Fuel Pressure Regulator, turns out it's the same FPR that goes on a 92-96 Corvette, I like Corvette parts Cheesy
And a Russel liquid filled 0-100psi mechanical fuel pressure gauge to be taped and mounted right into the fuel rail.

Also picked up some new KYB 00-05 strut mounts, now I just need the Pro-kit.
